This morning I did:
5 mile run
2 mile walk
10 min. workout
Jumping Jacks- 1 min.
Low to High wood chop 15#- 1 min.
Lunges- 1 min.
Overhead db side bend 15#- 1 min.
Squats- 1 min.
Kick Crunch- 1 min.
Wall sits- 1 min.
Row with twist 10#- 1 min.
Back Kicks- 1 min.
Overhead circle 15#- 1 min.
This is defiantly me on the days I don't run.
