This morning I did:
30 min. speed training
5 min. warm up, 1 min. on, 1 min. off, 5 min. cool down.
2 mile walk
Ran stadiums
30 hip raises
30 crunches
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 dumbbell thrusters, 40#
200 single jump rope
Went over 40 seconds to get 6 rounds.
