Monday 7/6

This morning I did:

5 mile run

2 mile walk

For time:
80 squats
70 push-ups
60 one-legged squats, alternating
50 single jump rope
40 single-arm overhead squats, 10 # dumbbell
30 handstand push-ups (modified)
20 thrusters, 35#
10 jumping pull-ups 
16:48

60 mountain climbers

It was a great morning for a run.  It rained most of my run.  It was a nice change from the heat.
