This morning I did:

45 min. tempo run

1.5 mile walk

30 mountain climbers

HERO WOD

5 rounds for time of:
10 front squats, 40#
10 deadlifts, 40#
400-meter sprint( subbed 200 jump rope for run)
Rest 2 minutes(short on time, so skipped the rest)
