Wednesday 7/9

This morning was a struggle to get out of bed, but I did and this is what I did:

4 mile run

HERO WOD

3 rounds for time of:
21 jumping pull-ups
15 modified handstand push-ups
9 thrusters, 40#
9:05

30 mountain climbers

So today I had 7 miles plan, but I was just needed a short and easy run today.
