This morning I did:
6 mile run
45 mins. of swimming(laps, running,....)
For time:
21 one-legged squats
15 cleans, 45#
9 jumping pull-ups

Rest 15 minutes
Then, for time:
21 modified handstand push-ups
15 snatches, 30#
9 push-ups

30 mountain climbers
Today was a good day. I wasn't feeling that well yesterday so I took the day off.
