This morning I did:
6xhill repeats
I ran to the hill that I usually do my repeats, ran the repeats, and than ran home. I did 6 miles in all.
10 rounds for time of:
5 jumping pull-ups
5 push-ups

5 rounds for time of:
10 butterfly sit-ups
10 back extentions (supermans or body surfers- curl legs towards butt)

2 rounds for time of:
25 wall-ball shots, 12# ball
25 box jumps, 18 inch chair

Running in new shoes made a big difference today.
