2 mile walk
Kettlebell workout with 26# kb
2 sets of 15
High pulls
Swings
Squats
Cross under lunges
Back pulls
3 rounds for time of:
Run 300 meters
20 Wall ball shots
10 Push-ups
11:40
30 mountain climbers
