This morning I did:
4xmile repeats with 400m jog/walk
1- 7:40
2- 7:35
3- 7:50
4- 8:30( I ran out of gas)
This was a tough workout in the heat. My times were slower. The last two miles really hurt.
2 mile walk
3 rounds
20 jumping jacks
10 squats
15 lunges
15 mountain climbers
3 burpees
10 push-ups
20 high knees
15 hip raises
