This morning I did:
8x800m around the track
Round 1- 3:30
Round 2- 3:27
Round 3- 3:26
Round 4- 3:30
Round 5- 3:27
Round 6- 3:31
Round 7- 3:29
Round 8- 3:32
2 mile walk
Walked a few rounds of stadiums
Just a few body excersise
30 mountain climbers
A little over 2 months ago I ran 800's and my times were a little faster than this. I am proud of the times I did today it was a hot morning. I felt pretty strong the first few rounds. The last 3 rounds were tough and hurt.
